LinkedIn, Hypocrisy & the Influenzaa

Luckily or unluckily, I came across the posts of an influenzaa (call them Influencer if you want but I won't) talking about the hustle culture, the importance of doing multiple jobs, having their own business, and all of that. The other post by the same guy was talking about how it is okay to fail.

Combine the two logic and you will realize that this so widely celebrated Gyaan Guru is promoting Mediocrity!

I think the entire LinkedIn is promoting mediocrity and failure.

Of course, it is okay to fail because it is impossible to win every single time. It's stupid to even expect that but to say that you celebrate failures- well, then my friend we are talking about a world that died before it even started existing.

These so-called worshippers of failure also tend to forget that they are comfortably sitting in a position where they will get paid for such impractical, utterly non-sensical advice.

Do you want to challenge me?

Well, okay, then, why don't you respect the Rickshaw valla or why do you hold so much disdain for the chakki vala guy or why did the pakaure comment leave you seething?

I mean, while these guys are pretty successful in their own right that they don't have to necessarily rely on other people's money (Read with a mocking face- FUNDING) to run their business, and then fail, they haven't yet reached the level of "Failure" which makes it look fancy.

Where does all the "respect those who fail because they tried" drama go to die then?

Then again, it's cool to see a Kunal Shah fail and celebrate him because the guy didn't go bankrupt. But, if it is your friend who needs support in their business, then you would rather have them fail.

Plain and simple- NOBODY can afford a failure. The startups or businesses that run livelihoods can simply not. The freelancers can maybe fail but the former have others' lives depending on them too.

Also, as an individual, you cannot keep failing too. A 98/100 now may not necessarily guarantee you an easy life but a 44/100 will lower your chances as much.

So, get up, stop being a wuss, take charge of your life and get it done!

You simply cannot subscribe to Randeep Chaheshwari and Bhankur Rahichu at the same time.

Why Insightful Personal Narratives Matter

You know, I’ve always been a sucker for a good story. Not the kind that’s all glitz and glam, but the real, raw, messy kind that makes you nod your head and think, “Hey, I’ve been there too.” There’s
