Everyone has this go-to drink that they go for in stress. In all honesty, I tried to act fancy and thought that maybe some red wine at the end of the day would do the wonder for me but guess what I came back to- The Good Ol' Lemon Tea!

I drink mine with a lot of lemon in it, boiling water and specifically the teabag vala chai of Taj Mahal. Any variation and it loses the impact. Also, the lemon- I put the artificial bottled ones or as they call it "natural lemon extracts". The actual lemon doesn't do the trick.
So, long thing short, I drink a lot of it- a lot of lemon tea, sometimes, even 4 cups a day which means a lot of dehydration because it makes you pee bad! But then, it also provides antioxidants that boost your mood. SO, there are pros as well as cons, but that is not the point of the blog.
The point is that we all need something or someone who can soothe our nerves when we are losing our shit. This thing is very personal to us. We may be judged for it but then we'll not care because it's us!
It is absolutely a reflection of us!
You see, I'll be honest here (like very honest even if that means going out of context), I really want my blogs to rank- I want to drive a lot of traffic on it, I want a lot of people to read it, enjoy what I am writing but then that would require me to do some dedicated SEO, put in the keywords, you know put in some serious effort.
With all that, this simple soothing task of writing will become work and the last I checked, I wasn't writing for work, I started writing to chill- to relax, even if it becomes just a very personal affair, involving just a few super close ones.
So, you see, no matter what happens, I am definitely not going to put in any additional efforts into making it shine, I'll keep it specific to my taste- it's my lemon tea, meant for me! You like it the way I do, I'll serve it to you, you don't, then make your own!
I think, once in a while, you can try making yours too, you'll realise it is liberating, way more than talking about the accomplishments. And and and, when you do that- do share with me because I always appreciate an honest lemon tea!
